Janet Street-Porter and Brian Turner visit Somerset, where Brian rustles up a grilled wild boar fillet with roasted beetroot and cumin at the county's highest point - Dunkery Beacon. Janet explores the three eras of landscape gardening at Hestercombe Gardens, including the design collaboration of Edward Lutyens and Gertrude Jekyll. Local chef Brett Sutton serves up local lamb and black garlic, before the presenters visit the Haynes International Motor Museum. Plus, Brian prepares the celebration dish of baked apples with cider caramel sauce.
