Mohammad Kaleem was born with a rare medical condition called macrodactyly, or local gigantism, which has made the eight-year-old’s hands grow to huge proportions. Kaleem’s case is so unusual that local doctors have been unable to offer a diagnosis and have only recommended amputation. This documentary follows Kaleem and his family as they leave their remote Indian village and travel 1,000 miles south for a life-changing operation.
