With the wedding day over and the main responsibilities on the farm coming to an end, the group throw themselves into community life and enjoy their last few days together in Tuscany. There is a chance of a lifetime on the horizon for one member of the group, while others reach some surprising conclusions about their future in Italy. As the group reflect on what they have learnt about themselves during their stay, they say their final goodbyes to the farm and to each other. The group are under pressure when they discover that the farm's olive groves are under threat after a fly attack hits the local region.With a less than smooth restaurant opening, and the unpredictable nature of farm life, some start to discover that the experience of rural life is tougher than expected.
