Originally from Ramelton in Co Donegal, Dave was one of the thousands of migrants who sailed to New Zealand in the 19th and early 20th centuries seeking a new life. For cooking inspiration the chefs dive for a crayfish starter, get their hands on the king of fish and discover a chicken and apple paradise. Last in the series.
