MOMENTUM released a new episode of A&E’s Emmy Awards winning docu series “Intervention”.

Andrew was smart, likable and athletic, but now he’s just skinny and unregulated. Andrew is addicted to OxyContin, a prescription pain medication and will do anything to get a new supply of drugs. His stealing and constant begging, along with a father that gives in, leaves Andrew’s other two brothers going without food sometimes. Andrew’s father is in need of help in stopping Andrew before it’s too late.

In this show, the friends and relatives of an individual dealing with serious problems or addictions come together to set up an intervention for the person in the hopes of getting his or her life back on track.

Adam was one a skier who represented the U.S. He became a marine and served in countless missions, including Iraq and Afghanistan on terrorist-related missions. On his return home, he developed PTSD and used drinking to douse the pain.

The highly anticipated ninth season of the painfully addictive series opens with the episode “Donna and Josh,” which focuses on a mother and her adult son who lives with her as they battle their addiction to alcohol.
