Mary Ann is furious when James changes his mind about marrying her, so she takes drastic action which claims the life of an unintended victim. After moving a few towns away to escape her latest misdemeanours, passions are reignited with old flame Joe, but financial struggles and a taste of middle class life soon make Joe surplus to Mary Ann's requirements. Plot: Jack Caine (Dolph Lundgren) is a Houston vice cop who's forgotten the rule book. His self-appointed mission is to stop the drugs trade and the number one supplier Victor Manning.
