It is an England v Wales clash, as Ben joins the teams racing to shear their sheep the fastest. Liz Bonnin is on the stunning Isle of Mull in Scotland, spotting pods of migrating dolphins who are returning to our shores. Zoe Ball gives us a tour of her own back garden in Sussex, before she heads off to the National Trust's Standen House for some top tips of how to make her garden grow
