Lee Kern explores the subject of health. Posing as a man who is addicted to health spa treatments, he invites Maria Fowler from The Only Way Is Essex to watch him having a colonic irrigation. What follows can only be described as a Frank Spencer moment - but with poo. Other health-related pranks feature claims that a goat can cure people of piles, a celeb dressed as a jelly baby, and pumpkins with dubious fillings.

And celebrities are persuaded to believe they will feature on DVDs handed out by doctors to break bad news to people, so that the medics don't have to do the job themselves.
