Two families of British estate agents, the Garners from Birmingham and the Rodriguezes from Liverpool, are back helping fellow Brits find their dream homes in the sun.
In this first episode, agents Sharon Garner and her son Shaun are helping one couple escape life in a tent. Ged and Jenny Noakes, from Biggin Hill in Kent sold their house in the UK and are currently living al fresco on a Spanish campsite with 200,000 euros to burn. Can Sharon and Shaun swap living under canvas for a casa in the Costas. Meanwhile in Alicante, Sophie has her work cut finding Hampshire lovebirds Kevin and Paula a property near the beach on their modest budget of 60,000 euros. But it's not just selling houses. There's an office trophy at stake when the sales force in Alicante compete for the highest number of sales and when Shaun visits his parent's house he's on the receiving end of some unexpected news.
