The documentary series that looks at the ongoing war between motorists and parking enforcers returns for a second series. In the picturesque Dorset town of Sandbanks, the residents of this exclusive seaside resort are less than pleased when the council try and put shiny new parking meters next to their award-winning beaches. In London, there is a war going on between Transport for London and a car dealership in Peckham run by three generations of the same family. A trip to Hertfordshire Council sees the return of civil enforcement duo Andy and Julie, as they tackle the slower pace of their town's parkers.
