In a follow-up to November's two-part documentary, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall continues his mission to reduce the amount of waste in the UK. In the UK people throw away 2.5 billion cardboard coffee cups every year. But how many of these get recycled? Hugh is shocked when he finds out, so he asks the likes of Starbucks, Costa and Caffe Nero why. Also, with internet shopping now a part of everyday life, he looks at the problem of excess packaging - taking on Amazon, the company considered to be the worst offender. Plus, updates on his campaign to stop supermarkets wasting perfectly good food.
