Louise is feeling stunned about the photograph of her husband Joe in a compromising position with a squadette. He has returned home for two weeks R&R and it’s time to face the music. Joe is shocked that Louise has fallen for this and attempts to he point out that the picture is photo-shopped and is a sick joke from the lads at Camp Bastion. Claire is about to attend a job interview when Paula (shows up wanting more information about Matt’s death. She later reports back to Pete who warns her to say nothing. Tasha finds it hard to to accept that Matt is gone and is pleased by the arrival of her mother, Cheryl, from Spain. Paula is not happy with the idea of another grandma attempting to win Alfie’s affections. At a charity day held by in Matt’s memory Paula is proud to show off her grandson, but Tasha is furious after she finds Alfie being paraded around dressed like a mini soldier. Tasha later confides in her mother that she is not coping well and that she’s pregnant with Matt’s baby and is scared of going through it alone. Joe starts to panic after he sees Louise chatting to the woman in the photo, Nicki. Joe attempts to throw himself into family life but just can’t resist the temptation of Nicki and agrees to meet her at the gym. Louise dashes after him and catches him talking to Nicki after he forgets his trainers. The tattoo matches the one in the photo and her worst fears are confirmed. When Joe returns to Afghanistan with Nicki, Louise has to decide whether her marriage is worth fighting for.
