Si King and Dave Myers get back on their bikes to explore the culinary delights of several Mediterranean countries, discovering hearty and healthy food from France, Spain and Italy in The Hairy Bikers' Mediterranean Adventure.

The Hairy Bikers begin their culinary odyssey in mainland Italy where they learn how the cuisine was influenced by the ancient Greeks, whip up a frittata with one of the world's most expensive onion, and sample cucina povera, which uses cheap, simple, local ingredients.
