Emma returns to present the last live eviction show of the series. Highlights are shown of life from within the house. Sophie talks to Big Brother about how it feels about having to face eviction and says she has no grudge against Dexter. She then becomes upset in the diary room upset that she could be gone on Friday. Jack and Joe talk about how much weight each of them has lost during their time living in the house. Sam talks to Big Brother in the diary room and says that he still doesn’t want to talk to Dexter as he can’t trust him. He also thinks that Sophie deserves a place in the final over Dexter. Gina and Dexter talk about what a ride they have been on whilst living in the house. Dexter is certain that Gina will be crowned this year's winner. Gina is called to the diary room and given a secret mission to become Big Brother’s BFF for the day and carry out secret tasks dictated through a secret ear piece. Charlie isn't happy when Gina says that she believes she should be evicted on Friday. Gina manages to pass her secret task. The housemates perform a rap in the garden. Emma chats to the house and reveals that Jack & Joe are safe from eviction and have gained a place in the final. More highlights are shown of life from within the house. Jack and Joe talk about the upcoming eviction whilst in the pool. Charlie talks to Big Brother and is convinced that she is going to go be evicted next. Emma talks to the house for a second time and reveals that Sophie is the next person to be evicted. Sophie leaves the house and talks to Emma about her time living in the house.
