Emma Willis presents the live launch of Big Brother 14 as the housemates are introduced for the first time as they enter the house. After Michael enters the house it is revealed by Emma that he is really an actor and his every move will be controlled by the viewers at home. Big Brother asks a housemate to come to the diary room and Michael makes sure that he gets there first. Big Brother reveals that Michael will have to decide whether to save his own suitcase or his fellow housemates. After deciding to save his own suitcase all of the other housemates suitcases are shredded. Micheal's decision does not sit well with everybody.
