Meanwhile, Justin asks Amanda to take over his job with Marika so he can work for the Faulk family.

Meanwhile, Kristin checks into starting a nanny agency, Justin panics over having to learn how to swim and Ari has startling news for Amber. Plus, Scott lays down the law with the Margolis kids.
