Documentary detailing the work of surgeon David Orr, who has been volunteering with children's medical charity Operation Smile to help train Ethiopian medics to perform successful cleft lip and palate operations. The organisation, which was first established 30 years ago, has arranged more than 220,000 free surgeries throughout the developing world for children affected by cleft deformities, and Dr Orr is aiming to make a difference by empowering local medical professionals to tackle these life-limiting disorders by themselves.
